Read the terms and conditions of the Tampere Fair

We invoice the co-exhibitor’s fee (200 € + VAT) with a separate invoice to the address you indicate before the fair.

You will receive exhibitor’s info package eGuide by email before the fair.

Check with the main exhibitor of your stand what exhibition technology your stand contains. You can order structures, furniture, electricity, greenery, customer invitations, etc. through the links in eGuide. However, we hope that you will negotiate orders with the main exhibitor to avoid duplicate orders.

If someone other than you is responsible for the practical arrangements of your stand, or the contract’s contact person changes before the fair: let us know the contact person’s information, and we will send them the needed information regarding your participation.
